Devices we used
1. Processor
: Arduino Uno to connect computer and usual password door lock.

: Logitech C920
However, after lots of system optimization, it do not require this high quality camera.
It can work with C180 now.

To show automatic door opening

To show inside of the door, we used acrylic.
Technical Background
At first, we tried to use eyetracking sensor and bought the EYE TRIBE
It was very hard to meet the deadline because we don’t have any time time to wait.
Though we successfully get the eyetracking sensor, there’s some problems.
No one could do coding because of difficult SDK for us and also it requires USB 3.0 port.
Especially, using USB 3.0 port means that we cannot use this system without very good processor.
So, we go back to the starting line again.
Finally, we decided to use openCV which is image process library available in MS Visual Studio.
And also there’s some open source code.
The whole system was build on opensource code but it is much more complicate than the first.
Development Background
Sometimes, our hands are too busy to hold things.
And there are handicapped people who cannot open the door without anyone else’s help.
Also, we’ll try to hide the password if there’s a stranger behind us.
Solving these three problems was our goal and our answer is eye tracking door lock.
